""Defaming the Verizon Wireless Brand""\r \r Attention all consumers of Verizon Wireless products and services. I hope that this will be my one and only negative review for WIRELESS DEPOT, a retailer for Verizon Wireless products and services.\r \r On September 12th, 2013, I received a formal letter from WIRELESS DEPOT informing me that I owe them $400.00 for the cost of a phone and fees. According to WIRELESS DEPOT, this was due to the fact that I had canceled the service for one of my three lines. All my Verizon Services have been in place for over 13 years. This phone was purchased as a replacement phone on March 30th for my Mother, along with an I-Phone upgrade for my wife.\r Since then, my Mother has become unable to make use of a phone because of physical and memory issues. \r \r The reasons for the cancelation were explained to and accepted by Verizon which, normally charges a cancelation fee in all cases. But because of the circumstances, a courtesy to waive the fee was made.\r \r So.., WIRELESS DEPOT, my question to you is...What do I owe you $400.00 for? Is it the LG-VN251 Cosmos 2 phone that I paid you $49.99 for? Are you charging me for Verizon service already established 13 years ago, through Verizon Wireless? Or, is this some kind of clerical error on your behalf.\r \r My first attempt to contact your rep, resulted in a recording directing me to a, charges dispute website. I will attempt a second time by calling your store. \r \r I really do not understand what you're charging me for, no matter what your fine print says.\r \r A common sense solution is expected sooner than later. Although, common sense does not seem to be so common thus far.\r
