For simple issues - he is okay, I guess.\r \r So what computer repair shop that you know of that requests the customer of the following items... an external hard drive and cables. Well this one, you would think he would have it on hand as part of his repairing equipment. Then when it states clearly that the store is open on Saturday... and no one answers the phone all day?\r Back to the external hard drive... well it crashed and i totally contribute it to him opening it up...I had never opened the drive before and he needed to? \r He did offer to look at it... well I have ZERO confidence that he could fix it... so I did my own diagnostic and it had locked up.\r \r As to our son's computer: he found that the board had overheated and needing replacement.... so he only charge only the low cost evaluation fee.\r \r So in the future - if have a computer repair shop ask you to supply parts... RUN AWAY from them.
