Adam Geis patiently spent time with us in understanding our office requirements, budget and timeline. He never pressured us to move quickly and reassured us throughout the process that we would ultimately find what we were looking for. We were pretty fussy about what we wanted in our next rented office space and I was concerned we perhaps were too picky. Adam worked on behalf of our company for a year, finding plenty of quality rental possibilities for us while learning more about what we considered ?perfect?. After going through around 50 visits, Adam found us a great new rental property in shell condition that was ready for customization and had a million dollar view! It was perfect! Adam helped us negotiate the price with the building owner and sat in during contract negotiations between our legal representative and the building owner's representative until contract signing. The deal went smoothly from start to finish. Adam is professional, patient and knows his business. I highly recommend Adam Geis.
