My experience with Price's on Mallory Lane in Brentwood is/was frustrating. I'm sure there are good people there, and I suppose they did a good job on a few things on my car but they dropped the ball on the details BIG TIME. I suspect they are understaffed (so the owner can maximize his personal income, just like every other business in this country) and the quality of work is going downhill. They have steady work from dealerships which refer them, so they can rest on their laurels a bit. At first I was excited to have my car in their hands, now I wonder what else they screwed up that I don't know about yet. If you go there, good luck!
