Review content:
The showroom has beautiful items and the service while shopping was great. That is where the positive experience ended. I purchased a range and hood. I had to call repeatedly to check the status of my order, which had already been paid for. The range took eight weeks to be delivered. The hood never was delivered. The staff told me every two weeks that the hood would be in within two weeks. After 12 weeks, I asked for a refund. No one returned my calls, ever. When I called, no one apologized or acted at all concerned. In fact, the staff had no interest in me as a customer and made me feel belittled.
