My kids were the first to start at Parker's Self Defense in Clayton. I joined just to try to get in shape. Over 7 years later, my daughter and I have both earned Black Sashes. SiJo James Parker is indeed a master - his knowledge of kung fu and other martial arts is unsurpassed, and he is a fantastic teacher. I highly recommend Parker's Self Defense for young children, ""tweens"", teens, and adults.
