Dave is, indeed, rude. We have a tree emergency and called Dave's in Kingston on Friday, June 28th. The answering machine says they respond to emergencies and that, ""...we won't leave you out on a limb!"" But that's what they did. We drove to the Kingston location the following Monday, but there was no one there. So I called the Poughkeepsie location and left another message, asking why we had, indeed, been left out on a limb regarding our emergency. Dave called back and responded angrily, saying, ""my mother in law just died and her funeral is more important than your lousy junipers, don't you think?"" So, I told Dave not to call back, needles to say.
