Ordered a birthday cake,employee called for pickup time I said I would be there Sunday at 1pm and she said ok well they close at noon which I found out while trying to pickup cake. Called Monday to get refund girl that answered said yes we can when owner gets on the phone saying no. He basically accused me of lying that they had called for pickup time so I told him I would come get half my refund and never go there again to which he replied well then why am i giving you any type of refund at all!! Wow, worst customer service ever encountered.
