I believe the owners name is Clay and he is a very very good actor. Pretends like he cares but will tell you anything so you leave the car there. My issue with this particular tire shop is the probation serving, disrespectful and plain disgusting individuals he has working for him. I drive a BMW and usually I have one particular mechanic take care of anything that goes wrong with my car. But unfortunately my school and work schedule has been so hectic I decided to use someone closer. If you do not care about washing your car this is your kind of place. The car was there for one day and all I needed was a tire replaced and alignment, but they had to break something. As soon as they pulled it from around back I noticed my rear view mirror was broken. I believe when one of his hooligans was adjusting the mirror they pulled to hard and ripped it right out! This would have not of been a big deal if part of the windshield was not still attached to the now hanging mirror. There was dirt and mud everywhere from my floor mats to the inside door panel where there boots scraped getting in and out. After him and his workers saying it was like that when it got here they repeatedly tried to get me to leave by saying come back next week and they will see what could be done. After the police showed up him and his workers would not say one word. All in all this little visit cost me around 600$ If you care about your vehicle do it a favor and go somewhere else!
