My family came to visit this store today July 2, 2013 to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The store itself is O.K. nothing too fantastic but the true disappointment came from the pitiful "Adventure Zone" what an absolute JOKE. They have the audacity to charge for kids that are 22 months old that they have ONE toy in the whole place, for them to play with. They barely had anything for my four year old to do and we paid 6.00 per adult, we spent all of 27 mins. in the whole place. Not to mention what they call animals, we could go to the pet store for free. Maybe we missed something good in the excavation room that they charge MORE money for, we just could not justify spending MORE money to be let down again. Go to the Brevard Zoo where you can spent your money on actual fun.\r

When management did get back to me regarding my issues she was insulting and VERY rude. Do not waste your time here. It is a tourist trap.
