Please avoid this store. I'm glad to hear that others have had luck here, but I can only speak to my family's experience, and that is a 5 month wait for furniture delivery. My mother ordered a couch and chair with custom fabric in February of 2012. She was told it would arrive in approximately 1 month. After several delays, and her contacting the store and not having her phone calls answered or returned in a timely manner, finally she received the furniture in June of 2012. This was after she had called many times and had asked for a refund. The store did wind up giving her a very small discount, but the unprofessionalism displayed by several staff members was quite disappointing. I'm sure that the store will try to defend itself in the same petty manner that it has in previous negative reviews, and that is their right. I just know that it was sad to see my mother wait 5 months for furniture she had paid for. This was a splurge for her and she was excited about it. Sadly she passed away unexpectedly only 2 weeks after the furniture came and didn't really get to enjoy it. Obviously I am not implying that her death is in any way the store's fault, but it would have been nice for her to have what she ordered when it was supposed to come so she would have been able to enjoy it. Just a very bad experience.
