Review content:
Dear Caroline M.,\r
I am so sorry to see you are unhappy with our services. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care for all pets and outstanding service to their humans. \r
Your feelings are very important to us.\r
When we found a superficial mass while your Yorkie was sleeping, we used a tiny needle to collect a few cells. This is a simple, often life saving test, not a biopsy like procedure. The aspirate was painless, non invasive and carried no risk of potential harm. By having these cells ( similar to drawing a blood sample) we were prepared to determine if the mass posed a health risk should you have chosen to do so.\r
Our intentions were out of concern and courtesy however\r
we clearly failed to properly communicate. I hope you will accept my sincere apology for the confusion. \r
Rest assured that your companion was treated to the highest standard of care and your concerns are not taken lightly.\r
My door is always open should you have any further concerns or questions.\r
Respectfully,\r
Jackie Brewer DVM\r
