This place has the work customer service I've ever experienced. My bedroom window was broken in an attempted robbery on Saturday and I was told that my window would be fixed today (Monday). The rental office outsourced the job to Absolute Glass Works, who showed up at 10:30 without confirming with us whether or not the time would be good. They measured the window and promptly left telling us that he would go and get the glass cut. They're now closed (at 5) without calling us to let us know any kind of updates. The rental office and myself have called repeatedly, but three rings and they send you straight to a voice mail box which they never seem to respond. They have been extremely unprofessional, having done very minimal to help ease the situation. I urge ANYONE who reads this to never, ever use this company. No one should have to suffer through their poor service and lack of communication.
