Review content:
Well, I can't wait to read the rebuttle for this one. I purchased a Groupon for services. My first visit, Lynne, the CEO complained constantly about the problems in doing business with Groupon. Her bedside manner is great and by golly she is a great conversationalist. But I should have taken heed to her complaining. I got the feeling that she was not giving her all to the Groupon purchasers. I have had laser treatment at different locations and the MedSpa experience was unique. I never felt the ""pinch"" that usually comes with laser hair removal. All I ever felt was SUPER COLD GEL! I am so mad at myself for ignoring the obvious signs that I was not receiving the treatments that I paid for. I could'nt help but wonder how Lynne was able to purchase that beautiful new BMW since Groupon was causing her such financial grief. (ok, I know that comment is irrelevant and unnecessary but anyway.....)Needless to say, the ineffective treatments only led me to find another vendor who has provided excellent services. I have never written an online review but I felt it necessary to share my experience. FYI, the Spa at Stonecrest in Lithonia, GA is great! Currently they don't have any Groupon specials but the prices are so reasonable that a coupon is not needed. No, I don't have any vested interest in this company, I just like for people to get want they pay for. #nolongerasilentsucker
