Bought 2 Groupons for an oil change from this place... Worst Groupon purchase to date. I would NOT recommend ever bringing your vehicle here unless you prefer to be treated like crap from the time you scheduled the appointment to the time you pay and leave. I called to make my appointment for an oil change and as soon as I told them I had a Groupon, the tone immediately changed from pleasant to rude. They told me my filter may not be covered under the Groupon because of the vehicle, so I provided the year, make & model of my vehicle and asked if they could check to see if the filter was covered or not… the response was, “I can’t check until you’re here”. I headed in for my oil change to the Hickman location where I was almost greeted when I walked in the door only to discover that I had mistakenly called the wrong location to set the appointment. The attendant called the Douglas location to verify my appointment there, and said while on the phone “I’ll see what I can do, but I might ship him”. The man hung up the phone and said “it’s at the other store”… nothing else… so I guess that was him “seeing what he could do” means. I drove to the Douglas location where I was almost greeted yet again, the then I had to pay an additional $9 for the filter, EPA fees and something called “Living Social Tax”… WTH is that? I walked out the door without so much as a “Thank you”, “Have a nice day”, “Come back”… Nothing! In this day and age, there is another business just like yours down the street and the only thing left to set you apart is service and next time, I’ll go down the street.
