Review content:
I got my eyes checked here no problem, and was surprised to have a staff member tell me not to buy glasses there because they were so expensive. I appreciated that advice, but today while at the adjoined Lenscrafters (which is really good) having my 4-year-old's glasses fixed, a staff member speeding around a corner in an Acura literally nearly hit him with her car, and when I lunged to grab him and pull him back to the curb, she gunned her engine and peeled into a parking spot. When I went in to complain because she'd already run inside, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude, which completely shocked me. Nobody apologized. In fact, one staff member laughed as I approached again to refute her claim that she had stopped. The doctor was right behind me and heard my complaint, but nobody apologized. I later put together this was the same young staff member who gave me an attitude for opting not to have the contact lens examination, as I know my eyes are so ridiculously messed up there really isn't a prescription that will work. The three members of my family who wear glasses will never return. The Lenscrafters next door is really good, so I'll make sure I post my positive review for them next. But from now on we'll head to Natick Family Eye Care, where every single review is positive. Maybe there they will actually care about my family.
