I had an absolute wonderful experience with Don and Norwest Exteriors. From the inspection report for my Seller’s home the Buyer wanted an item on the roof repaired. I call Don at North West and just asked him if he could give me an estimate of how much the repair would be and the time frame in which he could do it. Don said that he would get to the home and give me an idea within two hours. So not only did Don get to the home in a timely manner he also did the repair at the same time not knowing whether or not he would be paid for the work he preformed. To me that was above and beyond my expectation. The charge was extremely reasonable and included a five year roof certification. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use Don and North West again as he provided excellent customer service and did a great job.\r
