First time I've ever had to call a plumber so I didn't really know what to expect. I had a pipe leaking in the wall, I needed someone at my house fairly quickly and Mr. Rooter said they could have a tech here within an hour. About 30-40 minutes later the plumber arrived, looked at the situation and gave me an upfront estimate of what the job entailed and most importantly- price. The price seemed to be reasonable (not really sure what going rates are, but it wasn't outrageous by any means considering the work that was involved). He opened the wall, replaced the leaking pipe and was careful not to make a mess even though there was already a mess from the already ruined sheet rock. I could tell he took his job very seriously. I'm happy with the service I received.
