Review content:
I am profoundly pleased with the services provided by Custer Roberson. They led my through an emotionally challenging scenario with upbeat optimism, respectful courtesy and great attention to detail. Every individual who worked did so with great knowledge and finesse. I felt totally relaxed with Custer Roberson and their thorough knowledge of Chapter 7 Bankrupty. Because of their attention to every detail, my meeting with the Bankrupty Court Trustee took less than 5 minutes. Nathaniel was right there with me to answer all questions and clarifications. There was zero stress and no embarrasing conflicts. Declaring bankruptcy was never in my life scenario. I was raised to be morally appropriate and fullfill my obligations. But, with the recession, my income went from $125,000+ yearly to $40,000 in 2012. The emotional stress of being financially challenged affected my health to the point of hospitalization in the summer of 2012. The onslaught of creditore phone calls, threatening letters, lawsuits and liens on my house deeply traumatized me and I became anxious and felt cornered. Custer Roberson immediately assured me the matter could be resolved, the harassement immediately stopped, and my life has returned to normal. Custer Roberson did everything correctly, timely and professionally. I am fortunate to have this law firm on my side.
