I met Alicia through a mutual friend about 3 years ago after returning to Austin. Having been born and raised here, even with a 10 year hiatus out of state, I probably know at least 20 different real estate professionals in Austin, including a few in an in-law’s family. However, when I decided to start looking to buy, I didn’t even think about who I was going to use to represent me; Alicia was the only person I asked.\r

In the time I’ve known Alicia, I’ve found her to be a very loyal, honest, highly ethical person. Especially in this day and age, where honesty and integrity seem to be lacking in so many people and their dealings with others, Alicia is extremely personable while keeping her professionalism intact. She was willing and able to work closely with a long-time friend of mine, Ed Solter of Fairway Mortgage, and his team to get me pre-qualified and on my way to find the perfect home to suit my family’s personal, educational and financial needs. When the home I eventually purchased came on the market, she got us an appointment to view the home within an hour of me seeing it on MLS. She worked tirelessly with the sellers’ agent to make sure every concern I had was immediately addressed, and that work enabled us to close in less than the usual 30 days.\r
