I would like to share with you guys my wonderful home-buying experience. Jackie contacted me after i requested a relator from yalls website. From the get-go, she was very nice and very thorough in listening to exactly what i was looking for. Jackie was very knowledgeable, and because I was a first time home buyer, she went the extra mile to make sure that I understood all of the aspects of looking for and buying a house.\r

As we began searching, Jackie was very flexible, always promptly returning my emails/texts/calls. Because I have a very tight work schedule, Jackie would meet me during my lunch time to look at houses, which i thought was going the extra mile, because most relators/customers wait until there are several houses they want to look at and spend the whole day viewing.\r

Jackie did a great job of negotiating for me, getting the seller to pay the closing costs, and getting them to give me the refrigerator that matched the other kitchen appliances. Whenever the inspection caught an expansion joint that was not properly mortared, Jackie researched the issue, talking to builders and giving me good advice on it.\r

Jackie did a great job handling everything that happened during the home buying experience, and even when nothing was happening, she would call to check in to make sure that I knew everything was going alright and to see if I had any questions. \r

I could not have had a better home buying experience and will give Jackie my highest recommendation to friends and family members.\r
