I live in Round Rock and I was not happy at all with their cleaning. A friend had told me to use Chem Dry, but they didn't tell me there was more than one and I must have called the wrong one. I found out that this company has only been in business a few years. Their pricing was way to high for the quality of cleaning that I got. My carpets don't look any better than they did before I had them cleaned. Their cleaning process didn't seem any different than a steam cleaner, they still had the big truck thing and all the hoses through my house. They were also late for my appointment.
Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: Over priced, carpet not cleaned and late for the appointment
