After waiting 8 months and after many excuses, he left my couch and chair in my front yard, on the lawn with pending rain in the forecast, unfinished, maybe 10% done on the couch. He did this after I told him I was done being patient. Every time we went to check on the progress of our items, he had every time taken in new projects and our furniture was pushed to the back. I was hoping to have this finally for my 80th birthday in a few days. This business is Bad News! Wish I had checked with the BBB, as this is similar to other complaints that exist against him. One of my items, the chair was returned with grease and dirt on the back of it, this item only needed a cushion repair. I sent the chair back to him because he had previously made the cushion the wrong shape so it didn't fit all of the way back in the chair and it kept slipping out. He did not honor that repair and he does not keep his promises, he does not call back or answer his phone.
