I have NEVER been treated as ridiculously as I have just experience with Burcor Fence! I suppose it is unacceptable to ""complain"" when your sales rep does not get directions in sufficient time to arrive on time to an appointment because no one bothered to look up those direction in advance when given the thought that perhaps GPS would not find the location. MapQuest being the website of choice for this business DID find the directions without issue but that tool apparently wasn't used. I got a pleasant phone call from the ""guy who calls the shots"" and he has now refused to do business with me over a PHONE CALL COMPLAINT about this lack of preparedness/communication problem. Keep in mind this was just to get a QUOTE for a fencing project.
