Several times, we've had other pet sitters cancel, for legit reasons, but our plans were thrown into the air and we didn't know whether we'd be able to leave or not. Pet Sitters of Mt. Prospect returned my call promptly, the appointment to meet with the owner was easy, painless, quick. More over, at the meeting, our all too fussy dog fell in love w/her! So we left with confidence things were fine, and they were! It was as though we'd stepped out for a few hours, and we'd left on our vacation for more than 10 days. Thanks so much. We're planning our next trip & that'll be during the holidays, and our little ""hard to please"" other family member can't wait for us to leave! Thanks Pet Sitters!
