Review content:
We (very unfortunately) used this awful company to rent a house for 3 months. They are total scam artists and you will not get your security deposit back in full no matter what you do. We paid IN FULL for the three months up front plus the 1-month security deposit, the $300 cleaning deposit, and the key deposit. \r

We did not realize that we needed to give a 30-day notice to vacate because we paid in full for the amount of time that we were there up front. Anyway, we gave written notice less than 30 days before the end of our lease and we received verbal acceptance of that from their office and we were told that it was fine that we did not give it the full 30 days in advance.\r

Now, we have just received our security deposit and we were only given $441.00 of the $1725.00 that we put down. These are the charges: $80 for bulbs and filters, $300 for house cleaning, $150 for yard clean up, and $754 for giving less than 30 days notice! I had the sense that they were going to attempt to scam us because that is their job, but I never knew it would be so outrageous! I am filing a BBB complaint. \r

PLEASE avoid this business at all costs because they will rip you off!\r
