I'm the owner of Rock Shop and wanted to respond to Leighton D's remark. He purchased, very possible read, and came back to return comic books. These were not ""sealed"" and we tried to explain that we cannot accept returns for comics, or any opened media, like cds, unless they are defective, etc. He began yelling and berating our young female employee. She in fact offered a full refund in store credit, and he refused. A Mall Security Officer was in the store at the time and stayed, thinking that this customer may become violent. We still ended up giving him a partial refund. Anyway, we love our customers, but at the same time we will not tolerate abusive behavior, and we are commited to be the best comic, record, game store around!
