Great shop with outstanding customer service- I wouldn't go anywhere else. I bought my bike there several years ago, and have brought it in a few times for service, repairs, and tune-ups; not once have they ever tried to sell me something I didn't need and turn around time has always been very quick.\r
When I was out of town with my bike, I needed a minor repair so brought the bike into one of the local bike shops where I was visiting- the people knew nowhere near what these guys do and quoted me an outrageous price. I held off on the repair until I could come to BicycleWorld and got it done quickly, efficiently, and for next to nothing!\r
The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seem to truly like what they do. They will continue to have my business for life!
