Review content:
After taking my infant to this practice for 7 months I have had enough... the whole experience has been unpleasant. To start everytime I see a doctor they look like a dear caught in headlights even on routine visits. My daughter has been back and forth to see them 9 times over the last month for ear infections and congestion and the only thing they do is prescribe another antibiotic (she has been through 4 now) and they say try saline for the congestion. How many times do you have to see her before you realize what you are doing is not working? When it finally came down to seeing a ENT I couldn't get an appointment for a month and the office could not/would not be proactive and demand a sooner appointment. As a new mother you depend on your pediatrician and this is not one to, they seem just as confused as you are. Unless you want to fork out co-pay after co-pay w/out a true diagnoses don't go here. I switched to Westend Pediatrics and in less than 24 hours they had an appointment with an ENT and were more helpful than Richmond has been in the last 7 months. FYI don't let them give your infant/child the antibiotic shot. I was told it is too hard on their small bodies.
