First, I would not give them any stars...the system is forcing me to give them at least 1.\r \r We went to the center in early February 2009. They required a $100 deposit, even though they were in my medical network and urgen care centers only require $30 co-pay which was on my ID card.\r \r As my fiance was sick, we gave them the deposit.\r \r When we got home, it took them 2+ months of my health care provider and me requesting them to bill for the services. Finally in April they submitted the charges which my health care provider paid within 7 days.\r \r They billed it as an office visit, so I only owed $15 and should be refunded $85.\r \r Again, my healthcare company and I called to request they reimburse me.\r \r I was told at the end of May that the request for the check had been issued and the check should be mailed out in 2 weeks.\r \r It is now June 29th and today I was told that my paperwork was submitted in May, but the check request would not be issued until June. As it is the 2nd to the last day in June, I asked if this had been done or would be done by tomorrow. The woman said she did not know.\r \r When I asked for the person who owns them, I was told that I would have to speak to her manager first, the woman who would not submit my initial claim and the woman who told me in May that the check would be mailed out in 2 weeks. I said no thank you.\r \r They never had an intention of billing my insurance company, something they are contracted to do within 60 days of a claim. If they go over 60 days than they are supposed to eat the cost of the bill as they are contracted to submit the expense and if they don't, it is their fault.\r \r This whole thing is a sham to get money from the healthcare company and me. The contracted amount they received from the healthcare company was about $65.\r \r THEY ARE A RIP OFF! Cons: service, billing
