Review content:
I liked the south India food at this restaurant but gradually came to realize that they kept increasing the price of their Dosas from $7.99 to $10.99 which is almost a 30% increase in prices but they reduced the amount of Sambhar that came with the Dosa to bare minimum. Now they have new bowls which are as small as a bowl can be for sambhar and if you ask for more they charge you an extra $1.50 so you end up paying $11.50 for a dosa which is a lot. You can get a good Dosa at Spice Route in Bellevue for $8-9:00 , here they are charging you alot more. I felt fleeced - In India we get unlimited sambhar and here in the US where portion sizes are huge they give you a really small amount of Sambhar and charge you for extra serving. I felt really cheated by this attitude of incrteasing the price and reducing the quantity.
I hope they mend their practices if they want more people to come to come to their restaurant.
