Upon beginning the task of changing my brake pads my friend discovered my lugnuts on all four tires had been stripped. Sunland Tires did take responsibility for doing this in the past, hadnmy truck towed to their shop and changed "all the lugnuts " at no cost. When the brake pads were going to be put on that evening we discovered the rear lugnuts were never replaced. Upon returning to Sunland Tires the next day, they swore they had been changed. they claimed my friend probably stripped them because he turned them in the wrong direction. Funny because my friend works for a reputable towing company and does this for a living. In the end I was only charged for the lugnuts which cost $186. I really needed my car, so decided to pay. I'll never return there again or recommend this business to anyone.
