Scheduling an appointment at Leonardo's was painless and the person taking my information was professional.\r
\r
Upon my arrival to the salon (first visit ever) I was greeted kindly and offered water while I sat. The overall atmosphere of this salon was relaxed on the day I visited, though this was during off-hours. All the equipment/facilities were clean and well-kept, and the interior wasn't too crowded like you find in some salons.\r

My stylist was pleasant and professional, listened to me while I described what I was looking for and offered tips and feedback. In the end I'm not pleased with the cut performed-- it's nothing terrible, but the blending of my layers could have used more attention. For now it's fine: I needed the dead stuff trimmed off and it's gone :)\r

The positive review here are more than likely to be dead-on, I really do think this was isolated to my personal experience, with my hair, with this stylist on this day.\r
