Kevin L. Hand was Unprepared. I was in the process of obtaining a divorce. I gave him tons of information and papers to prepare him for my mediation. When he walked into the mediation he came prepared with only a blank legal pad and my wife's attorney came prepared with a hand truck which carried two full boxes of information. So essentially after two and a half years this is what I came away with : having to pay all my ex-wife's taxes, no visitation with my two children, a large child support bill, no access to my personal property at our family home, and a legal debt of six thousand dollars. After being financially devastated, I literally live day to day just trying to buy my food. This attorney then sued me for the six thousand dollars for pleasure of my situation that was for a hearing that he only brought a legal pad to.\r

Cons: went on vacation for my child support hearing and had all my paperwork. I spent 5 days in jail because of it.
