This was a major purchase for me, I had a 40x70 shop built in Dec. of 2012 and have had to have them out about 10 times to repair my leaks, so far it still leaks. The customer service after the sale is horrible. They tell you they will send someone out and then weeks later you have to call them and email them again and again to make it happen. They dont care at all that I live in a high traffic area and have had numerous people inquire about who built it for me, I am quick to tell them who built it and then I follow up by showing them all of the emails and pictures of the roof. The builders that have come by have all been great, they are only able to do what their boss allows them to do, even when they have told him what it needs to be fixed, all he wants to do is slap on some caulk or change a few screws out for an ugly quick fix. There are absolutely no lap screws on any of my laps and he refuses to put them on. I understand that they are not a necessity in some cases but when I have fought leaks for 10 months, one would think it would be worth looking into to go ahead and try it, nothing else has worked thus far. I will never do business with this company again, what should have been a dream come true for me to have this shop built has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their egotistical attitude and lack of concern for building a quaility barn/shop simply amazes me. I would think in any business you should be concrned about customer satisfaction and repeat business as well as referrals. In my opinion, NBC couldn't care less.
