Review content:
I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this hospital. After bringing my father in for what seemed to be the onset of a heart attack, the ER began by treating it like a nonchalant issue and taking their time. Since then, they have had him stuck in a cardiology observation unit (that at most people should stay 24 hours in...it's been two days now) and the miscommunication has been monumental. Simply getting water for him is extraordinary task for these people, and their consistent excuse is ""shift changes."" No one has changed the nurse sign since he has arrived, even though the nurse listed hasn't been here in over a day. The nursing staff rarely checks on him, and we had to ask to even get a menu to order him food. The nurse practitioner (that he has seen once) was rude and condescending, insisting she told him things that I know she has not, and refused to acknowledge this. And at the first sign that I was becoming irrate and wanted to take my father elsewhere, I was seemingly threatened that they would list it as him leaving against medical advice, that his tests so far would not be disclosed by the cardiologist, and that our insurance company would be notified and possibly not cover the incurred costs. Rest assured I will be pursuing all rights I have in this situation against this hospital. Cons: Too many to list
