Businiess name:  Brandon Regional Hospital

Review content:
I first went to Brandon Regional 2 years ago for a hysterectomy. At that time, my overall experience was quite good. My doctor, however, was NOT a Brandon Hospital doctor, he only did his surgeries there. This last time I went the experience was horrible! This place needs a total renovation. It's dirty and falling apart. The nursing staff overall really need to take some courses on sensitity training and customer care. They seemed extremely bothered to have to answer and respond to a call and they made you feel guilty to have even bothered them...especially the night nurses. The ""hospital doctors"" are arrogant and condescending. I choose to leave early to take care of myself at home and that didn't sit very well with them. In fact, once they unhooked the IV, I was on my own. No one walked me to the door or offered a wheelchair. It was basically, just sign this waiver and get out! If you can, go to the Plant City hospital...much better!
