If you care about your children at all, find a different doctor. The staff are all incompetent buffoons. The doctor himself has a thick accent, which makes him impossible to understand. He had his inept receptionist refuse to let my daughter see him, for fear he wouldn't get paid. We have medicaid and she is only 1 year old and sick. Any doctor who turns away a 1 year old because of money should lose their license.
That is not the only time I had trouble either. Once at an appointment, I waited 15 mins after my appointment and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She replied that it wouldn't much longer and that there were only two rooms and they were just waiting on one of them to free up. 45 mins after my appointment time, I asked again. She then told me that the doctor wasn't there, but not to worry cause he was only 15 mins away. I had to wait for over an hour after my appointment time, with my week old baby, while the doctor was off doing something else and the receptionist 1) didn't have the courtesy to let me know the doctor was not there and wouldn't be there for a while 2) lied to me about why it was taking so long.
Overall I am very unhappy with Dr Baker and Future Pediatrics. I would not reccommend them to my worst enemy. I will be finding another doctor as soon as possile.
