Review content:
We took our car in to have the studded snow tires removed and the regular tires mounted and balanced. We also asked that they check/repair one of the studded tires as it had been low. They forgot to check the studded tire and told us to just have it done when we had them put back on. We left on a road trip a few days after and after an uncomfortable and frightening ride with severe vibration and a feeling of losing control of the vehicle, we took it to a tire shop in another town and the tires were all very low and when they balanced them the worst was 2oz off and the best was .75 oz off. We obviously had to pay for that service. When we returned home we went to the shop with our receipts and explained what happened. The manager and another worker were argumentative, belligerent and told us that it wasn't possible that the tires weren't properly mounted and balanced and we should have returned it to them if we had a problem. They refused to do anything and even followed us out as we left continuing to argue and used vulgar language. Bottom line: service was not properly performed and customer service was horrible.
