Today my close friend, Young, just showed me a receipt of $164.29 for 4 wheels alignment at Quality Express car care center on Division. The problem is the car still pulling to left side as I knew it earlier. I asked my friend why it's so expensive for alignment. He shake his head. Young said he is told that after he pay $164.29, his car will be in perfect shape ( in term of alignment). My friend had asked the technician to redo or readjust the alignment for him. The owner and the technician refused to fix the problem. Further more they said it's not the alignment problem, it's his car problem. And they said they would do it again if Young agree to fix struts and shocks. My friend told them that they said to him earlier that his car is ready for the alignment, and now why they say something totally different. They told my friend stupid, and send him home.\r
I called the shop and told them my friend story, they told me my friend have to buy a set of struts in order to good alignment. I told them about $164.29 for alignment service. They just hang up on me. I think Quality Express is not a car care center, it's a place for cheaters, and liars. So don't ever to come there for car repair.
