I used this florist for my wedding in April of 2013 and had a terrible experience. I contacted the florist, Sandy, via email about my concerns and her response began with ""look..."" This is not only unprofessional but rude. On the day of the wedding she advised me she would be at the venue at 10 am, yet she didn’t show until 3 pm. As a bride, I was obviously nervous. She then took it upon herself to decorate the arbor as she wished since she says she didn’t have enough flowers. I was at the venue getting ready so she could have at least contacted me. When this was explained to her, she said ""You signed a contract and after that we cannot do anything else.""
