Willards has been fantastic. They got rid of rats in our attic and upstair walls now twice, once in 2005 and now in March 2012. Our realtor recommended them to get rid of the rats in our house when we bought it. To get rid of rats, Willards charges a flat fee which is well worth it. Mark thought about all the ways that rats could get into the attic (one part of which is inaccessible for humans). He spent a long time screening off different access points and setting traps. Turns out we had an entire colony there, complete with babies. Good thing we called Willards. Responsive on the phone and very responsible and great customer service.
