Businiess name:  Newington Electric Company, Inc

Review content:
Needed our outlets grounded, got several quotes newington electric gave the cheapest. We hired them as a result, but instead they just GFID our outlets and charged us the same price, which ended up being double the price of the highest quote we got.\r \r On the bill they originally wrote $400 for labor, then changed the 4 into a 9 by putting a line above it, and they did the math wrong and still overcharged us on the bill. When i called customer serv.ice April was very angry, and when i told her of the overcharging because of bad math she said she would send us a check for $20.. when i told her that we were actually shortchanged for $30 and she was adding wrong, she got extremely irate.\r \r Please avoid them at all costs, even if they quote you a cheaper price... it will be much more expensive in the long run. If you absolutely have to hire them, make sure you are familiar with electrical work so you know when they screw you over, at the time, i wasnt. But now after having done some electrical work myself, i realized even the work we asked for was done very poorly.
