WORST customer service!! When we got there, we walked up and one of the employee's blocked our entrance and didn't inform us of how to rent a scooter. We rented them in the evening on a family vacation. They misled my ENTIRE family on prices, closing times, etc. The woman on the lot misinformed our family on rental rates. They called us at 6:11 pm to inform us they closed at 6. Completely ruined our vacation when they called us at dinner and told us this information, and DIDN'T inform us we could keep them overnight. Overcharged us for gas, refused to provide the customer with a rental agreement (which, as a contract signer we are entitled to receive, by the way), and blamed our family for their misinformation.\r

Long story short, they blame the customer for their mistakes, and got in a huge argument with our family. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star. What ever happened to the customer is always right???!!!!
