Review content:
I ordered my food for delivery because I don't have the means to come to the restaurant. The manager tells me to bring the food back to him, which to me was a little silly considering I ordered and paid an additional $5 for delivery. I have been a customer of Captain Hooks since before they were popular. When their only location was in the old IHOP building off 94th & Western. I'm just fed up when a restaurant manager has such little integrity, where he feels what is on my plate is justified by any other customer but the one who has to eat it. Let me tell you a secret about your "other customers"...your "other customers" do not have years of experience in food service management. Just because I'm ordering from Captain Hooks, doesn't mean the quality should be any less than that of Red Lobster. Cooked food standards do not change just because you're ordering from a different vendor.
