Absolutely the worst jewelry store in Fairfield County, CT! I will never do business with them again. They lie about the quality of their own jewelry. The customer service is horrible! Snooty and arrogant staff. I know they sell Cartier and Rolex but you can go a few towns away and get much better service at David Harvey in Darien or Henry C. Reid's at the New Canaan store. You can also get much better prices and quality on diamond jewelry at Alton's Jewelers in Fairfield. Fanado's in Trumbull has very good prices on certified diamonds so they are another good store to go to, especially if you are looking for an engagement ring. Buyer beware!!!
