Extremely disappointed with this place. Not only was the service horrible, I really don't think they know much about laptop repair. \r I took my $1200 Dell laptop in to be repaired, because the power button was broken. They kept my laptop for several months. Every time I would stop in or call to find out what was going on, I was told that somebody would call me. Somebody did finally call me, but I was told there was something else that needed to be fixed (for an additional charge).\r I went in to see what they were talking about -- the molding around my screen was completely busted up. There were gaps around the screen 1-2"" long where the molding wasn't even there. I told them this was NOT how I brought my laptop in -- and they told me it was probably already cracked. This was not a crack -- it was completely broken. I told them I didnt think I should have to pay for a part that they broke. They had also scuffed up the screen, which I was told they could 'buff' out'. I was again told somebody would call me, and that I probably wouldn't have to pay for it.\r Another month later, I got a call saying my laptop was ready (nobody had ever called me to discuss the repair or the cost)....and they told me how much it would cost to pick it up. I still argued that I didnt understand why I had to pay more money when they were careless with my computer. I finally gave in a paid just to get my laptop back.\r I actually have another laptop that needs repair, but there is no way I would trust these guys. Completely incompetent.
