I am shocked to see the latest review. It sounds like an awfully long list for a common customer to come in and rate the entire store and staff. I bought a conure from Creature Castle in 2011 and part of the reason we bought this bird was the great customer service we received from Kim. Every time I have been in the store the staff have been friendly and have always catered to my needs. I am impressed that you can actually handle the animals and find out all kind of information that is helpful in making a purchase . I truly enjoy the old style pet shop. There are not many like this anymore and it is a refreshing touch from the chain pet supply stores.
