Review content:
I have been renting equipment from this company for many years. They are inconsiderate and rude. The only reason to rent from them is they are the only rental company near here. I reserved a log splitter and was told to pick it up between 4:30 and 5:00 the next day. I arrived at 4:45 and parked behind a truck that they were hooking up a log splitter to. I went inside to claim my reservation and was told they didn't have one for me. I said I had one reserved and the clerk said ""OH WELL"" sorry. I asked if that was the one I reserved on that other trucks hitch. NO Response!
