Review content:
Cordero came to apartment complex to do power washing and painting . Workers very polite . I mentioned to them that they left window sills dirty from the power wash and could they please clean them off. They said they would contact management. I look them up online and the ""go to"" person was listed as Rosa Lopez. Our initial conversation was polite and productive. She said she would send someone to get the windows sills cleaned off. I called back a few days later as no one came by or called about the issue. I spoke to Rosa Lopez and she then changed her tune and said I was to contact Apartment management and summarily hung up on me. I called apartment management and they informed me that windowing cleaners will do the sills in next few days. In light of Rosa Lopez's very unpleasant behavior----lack of honesty about clean up and then hanging up---well, I leave it up to any consumer to wish that upon themselves.
